PRE PAINTING

Pre-painting is the first step in the process of painting a structural element. It is made once the material is shot blasted so that the iron that has just lost the protective layer does not oxidize again.  Coatings of 25, 50 and 75 microns

• Coatings of up to 80 microns with different RAL finishes

• Different RAL finishes (white, light grey, dark grey, red, etc.) to adapt to the specific needs of your project.

• Antioxidant primer of zinc phosphate, resistant to fire with certificate BS1D0 and repintible with any paint.

• We can apply an anti-corrosion guarantee and certificate according to the ISO 12944 standard, depending on the proposed system.
