Yes. We continue working with relative normality and taking extreme precautions, in addition to doing everything possible to continue guaranteeing the best service and attention to our clients.

Yes. All the products that we usually have in stock, we still have them. You can do it through the usual ways:

Manxa Ferros online store. If you want to register, you simply have to fill out the registration form and our team will manage it as quickly as possible and inform you. In addition, buying online you will enjoy a special discount on all orders: 2% on the first order online and 0.5% on all others. The discount is automatically added at the end of the purchase process.

If you do not have it, you can contact us and we will send you a digital pdf file with the labels of the products that you specify (view example).

If I make an order, can you send it to me?

Yes. We are operating relatively normally and taking extreme precautions, so the delivery of the order to the destination you indicate is guaranteed. 

Are there alterations in the transport and delivery service?

No, there aren't.

How can I register in the online store and in the client area?

If you want to register, you simply have to fill out the registration form and our team will manage it as quickly as possible and inform you. You have an automatic added discount always on all your online orders.

How can I start using the purchase service through the mobile app and QR tags?

o start using this free service, you first have to contact us through customer service. Once done, you will have to determine which products you want to include in this service, so that we can generate the QR labels for the products in question. Then we will send you a digital pdf file with the labels of the agreed products (view example). Finally, you have to download the Manxa Ferros app and you can start enjoying the service. In addition, our team will be by your side at all times to accompany you during the implementation and use process.

I need an invoice, a certificate or a delivery note, how do I do it?

You have all your invoices, certificates and delivery notes available in the client area. If you are not registered, you can do it in a moment, filling out the form and as soon as possible we will register you and inform you so that you can start making your arrangements. Another option is that you contact customer service and they will resolve your request.

Exceptional and temporary measures

What security and prevention measures does Manxa Ferros apply?

- Hygienic measures are implemented that involve routines for cleaning and disinfecting people and places.

- Travel and meetings are minimized, leaving only the essentials.

- Meetings and personal contacts between departments are eliminated.

- Work shifts are activated without contact between them and divisions of teams in face-to-face and delocalized working telematically to ensure continuity in the event that a contagion occurs in one of the groups.

What services have been temporarily altered?

- The customer service hours have been slightly modified and it is now from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

- The schedule of the counter sales service of our centers in OlotRiudellots de la Selva and Castellbisbal is partially modified until further notice and is now from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. No need to make an appointment in this time slot. To buy or make arrangements in person outside these hours, contact us in advance by phone (Olot: 972 275 027 / Riudellots de la Selva: 972 477 597 / Castellbisbal: 937 099 689), WhatsApp (686 217 603) or email ferros@manxa.com. During this period, the use of a mask is mandatory to access the centers and the security measures indicated in each of them must be followed.
